Infection by trojan

ż Could, anybody, tell me how to remove a infection of Trojan Horse Downloader Agent.AS and other variant as Rameh.E, QeenVal.B (or Qval.B, I'm not sure), Kennval.J, Keenval.C and Revop.C ?. I've tried with AVG Antivirus, Bit Defender and others tools, but I cant remove the trojan. The computer is a PC running Windows Me.
