I got rid of mine

I had the exact same problem that you all did. I was extremely frustrated and i only had it for less than 24 hours. So i figured out how to quarantine it with norton or whatever program.
-First off figure out which file is infected, for me it was Dknie.dll. So i rebooted into safe mode. Once i got there i went Start>search and did a "search for all files and folders". I then typed in "dknie.dll" (but for you whatever the file is) and searched.
-When the file came up simply click & hold and drop it on your desktop. After this is done right click on it and click "scan with norton anti virus" (or just scan it with any AV program). MAke sure that when you scan it, that it comes up as infected.
Once NAV deems the file infected, tell it to quarantine it and you're set.
**This worked for me and may not work for everyone, i just dont trust system restore to get rid of a SPYWARE so this gives me a little more peace of mind**
Good luck everyone!
