what do i do?

my brother has the Dyfuca virus on his computer, i ran the adware/spyware stuff to get rid of it, i deleted the folders it was in in the registry, and then because his icons were disappearing, i restarted his computer, and it goes to a blue windows XP screen, and thats it. it wont go any further than that!
how do i fix it??
