I got the same problem, just earlier tonight. It came about through an active x install. so far, ive probably done about 12 scans with AVG, NAV, Adaware, trendmicro online, panda software online and even mcafee stinger.

panda tells me i have this .cab file located in the administrater\local settings\temp folder.

an online forum said to delete all the contents of that folder while in safe mode, and ive tried that repeadetly, yet command prompt does not delete it.

this is troubling.

help?
