lsass virus

help! I have managed to get this virus, i've found how to run the tools etc to clear it, but i cant actually get in to windows.. my pc gets to the logon screen and asks for mypassword, as soon as you press any key the 60 second timer starts and it doesnt accept my password.

anyone got anyideas how to get round this?
