Kaspersky Antivirus Monitor problem

I use Kaspersky Antivirus Personal Pro 4.5 on windows XP professional with Service Pack 1, but the Monitor service refuse to be loaded with the message "can't load Antivirus Monitor kernel module", what could cause this problem ? is there any conflict with Norton systemworks 2003 products, but i don't use norton antivirus.

Please help me with my problems.
