network virus scanning

i am not too familiar with virus scanning products for network scanning .

I need to scan for viruses mainly for pop/smtp and for http ports on a large network (200 clients and above).

there are many products that can do this. What anti virus vendors do you recommend for me to use ?

The vendor should be
1) reliable
2) cost effective
3) provide updates via web support.
