First restart your computer in SafeMode with networking by Pressing F8 during boot sequence.
Run a good VirusScan and Spy Sweeper then go to start run regedit.exe: *be very careful not to delete anything on accident*
but take of these next Keys.

..\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

and

..\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

&..\CurrentVersion\RunOnce

\RunOnceEx

after all that search regristry for xmconfig.exe
