kelvir.worm.e -- need manual delete instructions

Help. My computer has shut down to only safe mode. It has the kelvir.worm.e -- Symantec's on line fix will not work. Norton is not finding it. McAfee finds it but I cannot load McAfee's virus scan because I cannot delete Norton in Safe Mode nor load McAfee in Safe Mode. All other Clean Up Tools I have found have not worked. It is also protected in Norton Recycle Bin Protected files.

I need a manual fix from one of you great tech guys.
